Do I need to book an appointment in advance?
Yes, appointments must be booked in advance through our online system. If you're new, please book a New Client service for your first visit.
What if I’m not sure which service I need?
No problem! Book a consultation or send a message, and we’ll talk through your goals to find the best option for you.
Are consultations required?
Yes, all color and perm services begin with a consultation to ensure we create the best plan for your hair.
What’s your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Appointments canceled 24 to 48 hours before your scheduled time are charged a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before, or missed without notice, are charged a 100% cancellation fee. We do this to respect the time and preparation that goes into every appointment.
