Private appointment: A quieter, more secluded setup for your visit.
Silent appointment: No small talk required. We'll confirm the essentials about your hair and let the rest be still.
Mirror-free appointment: However much mirror time feels right for you, from none to all of it, is completely up to you.
One small ask: Please select your add-on when you book, and give us a quick reminder when you arrive. A heads-up at check-in makes sure your appointment is set up exactly the way you wanted it.
Cancellation Fee
We understand plans change. To keep things fair for everyone on the books, here's how cancellations work:
Canceled 24–48 hours before your appointment: 50% cancellation fee
Canceled less than 24 hours before, or no-show: 100% cancellation fee
We do this to respect the time and preparation that goes into every appointment. When a spot opens up at the last minute, it's rarely enough notice to offer it to someone else.
